A BAD DAY IN OFFICE (A DAY A SHORT STORY #18)
By Neel Anil Panicker
Although it was a simple thing to be doing, something strange was happening. Here he was, past the third corner, entering through the narrow alley, past the cobbled steps that led to the incline.
He lifted his head and peered through his peaked cap___there stood the house, pearly white and sheer majestic in its pearly white avatar, its red shingled roof an eclectic contrast against the hazy blue sky.
Looking at the upscale bungalow, he suddenly began to feel dizzy as his feet gave way.
His hands started to shake uncontrollably.
Whoever aid, serial killers didn’t suffer from anxiety woes.
