Welcome to Week 95 of Three Line Tales.
SIMPLY HORSING AROUND
By Neel Anil Panicker
Dawn’s misty air languorously gave way as the sun made its presence felt through the dense foliage lighting up the zigzagged path ahead as the three outlaws rode astride their fine horses, blissfully unaware of the danger that lurked ahead.
Within no time they were out of the woods but before they could ferret out the speedboat from its usual hiding place behind the jagged creek, a spatter of gunshots sprang all around them.
“It’s over,” hissed Steve to his fellow brigands as he made out the silhouette of the police chief forming shape from among the jacaranda tree branches.
