“This is heaven, pure bliss! I just can’t believe I am going to live here all my life,” gushed Grace.
Her eyes feasted on the colourful splash of marigolds, violets and tatsois, the curly leafed parsleys, the clumps of chives, the mounds of lemon thyme, the…
She bent down to admire.the neatly arrayed splash of geraniums in bright red, and hovering above them all, as if in proud protective gear, the exquisitely carved bamboo blinds.
“You like them,” Albert asked, his hands forming an expansive arc around the perfectly squared heritage garden that abutted the all teakwood duplex cottage, the only one of its kind in the entire English countryside.
“Darling, there’s so much beauty in here, I am afraid I will die of sheer happiness,” she squealed in orgasmic delight.
Albert broke into a broad smile.
Hope that comes true. Would spare me the trouble of killing you, he muttered under his breath.
